Issues with posting due to wrong credentials

When you post a position, you may encounter an error message stating: "Wrong credentials".

Access the "Settings"

To fix this error, you need to first go to the "Settings" section.

Click on "Manage" in "Posting Channels"

To enter your access keys (credentials), click on "Manage".

Click on "Credentials"

Manage all your access credentials from here. You will see that some portals require access keys, some are paid, and others are free.

Enter your keys

Make sure to enter the credentials correctly to avoid errors. Once you have entered them, click on "Save".

Click on "Problem Solved"

After entering the credentials for the channel where you encountered the error, go back to the job posting screen and click on "Problem Solved". Finally, click on "Try again".
