How to Post on Portals We Don't Have
With Talent Clue, you can easily post on portals that do not appear in the "Distribution Menu" of the tool. Here's how:
Access Open Jobs
Go to "Jobs" expand the menu that appears to the left of the wheel icon on the desired job posting, and select "Publish". This will take you to the job posting distribution menu.
Public URL for this Position
In the "Link to your job offer" box, you will find the public URL for the job posting. You can use this URL to share the job on your social media or send it via email. Thanks to this link, candidates can access the job description and apply for the desired position. These candidates will be added directly to the database. It's a very useful option as the system organizes candidates as if they were accessing a portal managed by Talent Clue.
Private Channels
With private channels, you can establish communication with organizations to which you typically send your job offers via email. To manage them, follow these instructions:
Access Posting Channels
In the "Posting Channels" section, click on "Manage".

Fill in the fields
Name: Name of the channel (e.g., Professional Association of Dental Prosthetists).
Web Site: The website of the channel you are creating. This will provide more information about it when you have many channels created.
Description: Brief description of its activity, location, etc.
Post email: Enter the email to which Talent Clue will send the job position.
From email: Enter your company's email so the recipient can reply if needed.
BCC: If you have multiple recipient emails, you can enter them here (separated by commas).
Language: Language in which the channel will be created.
Logo: Upload a channel logo for quicker recognition once created.
Contact name: Enter the name of the person who will receive the job position by email.
Contact phone: Enter a contact phone number for the channel.
Contact email: Enter the contact person's email for this channel. It doesn't have to match the recipient's email.
Activation date: By default, the date you create this channel will appear.
Deactivation date: If you want to stop using this channel, enter the date from which you no longer want it to appear as an active channel.
At the end of the form, you have the option "This job board can be used by subsidiaries". If you check this box, the channel you are creating will also be copied to the subsidiaries you have. If you don't have a subsidiary system configured in Talent Clue, you don't need to check it.

Example of the job position generated by Talent Clue
The channel will receive a PDF offer with the profile description and instructions for the candidate to register. Similarly, a QR code will also appear in the PDF so that the candidate can take a photo with their smartphone, in case the channel posts the job position on their bulletin board.
