Publishing on custom job boards

With custom channels, you create a communication channel with those organizations to which you usually send your job positions by mail.

Create your own channels following these instructions:

Access the "Settings" menu

Access "Posting Channels" by clicking on "Manage"

Access "Custom Posting Channels" by clicking on "Manage"

Click on "+ New" to create a Custom Posting Channel

Fill in the fields:

Name: Name of the channel (e.g., Professional Association of Dental Prosthetists).

Web Site: The website of the channel you are creating. This will provide more information about it when you have many channels created.

Description: Brief description of its activity, location, etc.

Post email: Enter the email to which Talent Clue will send the job position.

From email: Enter your company's email so the recipient can reply if needed.

BCC: If you have multiple recipient emails, you can enter them here (separated by commas).

Language: Language in which the channel will be created.

Logo: Upload a channel logo for quicker recognition once created.

Contact name: Enter the name of the person who will receive the job position by email.

Contact phone: Enter a contact phone number for the channel.

Contact email: Enter the contact person's email for this channel. It doesn't have to match the recipient's email.

Activation date: By default, the date you create this channel will appear.

Deactivation date: If you want to stop using this channel, enter the date from which you no longer want it to appear as an active channel.

At the end of the form, you have the option "This job board can be used by subsidiaries". If you check this box, the channel you are creating will also be copied to the subsidiaries you have. If you don't have a subsidiary system configured in Talent Clue, you don't need to check it.

When the job position is published, the email indicated in the "From email" field will receive the following email:

In case of responding to this email, the response will be sent to the person who posted the job position, whoever that may be. For example, in the previous case, it was Javier who posted it.

When the job position is unpublished, the informative response email will be directed to the person who unpublished it. For example, in the following case, it will be directed to Javier:

The channel will receive an job position in ".pdf" format with the profile description and instructions for the candidate to apply. Likewise, the document will also include a QR code for the candidate to scan with their smartphone in case the channel posts the job position on its bulletin board.

Access Open Positions

Go to "Jobs", expand the menu on the left of the wheel icon on the desired job position, and select "Publish". This way, you will access the job position distribution menu.

Click on the "My Private Channels" icon

Click the icon to access the pop-up window from where you can manage the publication on your private channels.

Select the channels to which you want to send the job position by email

In the pop-up window, you will find the private channels you have created from "Settings". Select the ones you wish to use and click "Publish." You can publish to multiple channels at once.

Filters: If you have many custom channels created, you can search by filters to make it more convenient.

Current Status: It will show you the private channels where you have sent the job position. From here, you can delete the job position or send it to the channel again if you have made any changes.
