Posting on job portals, aggregators and other channels

With Talent Clue, you can easily and intuitively publish on various channels.

Do I need to be registered to be able to post?

To enjoy multiposting, input the login credentials for the portals on which you want to publish. Please note that Talent Clue does not create profiles on the portals, so you'll need to have a profile created and credits on the sources that require them. You cannot purchase credits from Talent Clue.

That said, if you want to post a job on a job portal, you must first register on that portal. Once you've created an account on the portals that interest you the most, you can enter your credentials in the tool to be able to publish. To find out how to enter your credentials, go to settings.

Aggregators

In addition to posting through job portals, you also have access to various aggregators. You have free aggregators available like Indeed, Trovit, or Jooble. These allow you to post your job without the need to register.

Configure Display

From Talent Clue, you can post your job while hiding the company name, salary, and some other fields.

ATTENTION

It's very important that you configure the display before posting your job. In other words, you should choose which fields you want to be visible or not in your job posting.

If you change the display of the job after it's been posted, these changes will not be reflected. For this reason, you would need to unpublish the job and repost it with the corresponding display changes.

To avoid this issue, it's better to configure the display in the first place.

General Configuration

IMPORTANT: First, choose the field you want to hide, and then you can start posting the job.

When you go to post, Talent Clue will ask you to fill in specific fields on certain portals, and this is where you should choose the name you've indicated as "generic" and not the "corporate" name.

In case you decide to hide the company name or salary information, you should know that there are portals that do not allow this action.

Indeed does not publish positions with a hidden company. For this reason, the "Publish" button with Indeed will be disabled when the position has a hidden company. If you change the display to make the company name visible, the Indeed publish button will be enabled again.

Positions with a hidden company that you post from Talent Clue will not appear with the company hidden in My App. If you have auto-post enabled, your jobs will automatically appear in My App with the company name visible.

For example, on this job portal, hiding the company name is not allowed:

When any job portal does not allow hiding a certain field, this information will always be indicated.

Many times when posting a job on a job portal, the salary or company name appears as mandatory fields. No need to worry!

If it's indicated that the company name or salary should remain hidden, they will not appear in the job posting even though they may appear as mandatory fields when posting the job.

You should know that by default, Talent Clue marks salary information as hidden. For this reason, if you want this information to appear in your job postings, you'll need to change this setting.

Here's how.

Settings for "My Channels"

With Talent Clue, you can also hide information from "My Channels settings". Here, in the display options, you have several possibilities.

Use this link to share the job on your social networks or send it by email. Thanks to this link, candidates can access the description and apply for the position.

With this URL, you can also post on portals that are not yet integrated with Talent Clue. Although you'll have to do it conventionally (manually), candidates will be redirected to your job posting on Talent Clue, and when they apply, they will be directed to the Applicants folder.

ATTENTION: If you post the job on a portal not integrated with Talent Clue and paste the link, after posting, check that the portal allows the inclusion of links. Some portals do not allow it, and when you post the job, the URL will not act as a link, so the candidate will not be redirected to Talent Clue.

How to Post a Job

In the column below, you have a multitude of channels (job portals, universities, business schools, professional organizations, etc.). Select those on which you want to post and click "Post". Click on any of them, the ones you need and are familiar with. Some are free, and some are paid.

Talent Clue has no financial agreements with the portals. If the portals require credits to post, you'll need to have a balance on each of them.

Current Status

In "Current Status", you'll find the portals where you have posted. From this column, you can perform several actions.

Repost: With the refresh icon, you can repost the job. This option is very useful for positions that are ongoing and may get buried on your Facebook wall, for example. In this case, you can click on refresh (circular arrow icon), and the job will be back at the top of your timeline.

Delete: With the "X" icon, you can remove the job from the portal.

What Does "Use your credit" Mean?

This means it's a portal that requires having an account and available credits to post your jobs. If you already have an account and a balance, synchronize your account with Talent Clue. To do this, go to settings.

Talent Clue has no financial agreements with the portals. To post on some of them (especially the paid ones), you'll need an active account and available credits. So, if you need credits, you'll have to go to the corresponding portal and purchase them.

If you post a job from Talent Clue on one of the portals that require credits and your credits are depleted, we will notify you by email immediately so you can purchase more and continue with the posting.

In the "Current Status" column, you'll see this message if you don't have credits or available space for posting. Once you have them, continue with the posting in this manner.

What Does "Wrong credentials" Mean

This error occurs when the login credentials for that portal entered in the Talent Clue "Settings" are incorrect. Remember how to do it? Take a look at the settings by clicking here.

When you've updated the login credentials for that portal in Talent Clue, you can go back to the "Post" page and continue with the posting by clicking "Problem Solved" - "Try again".
