Set up your company profile

If you have administrator permissions for your company in Talent Clue, you can configure your company profile. In other words, you can specify the internal data of your company in addition to the data that candidates see when accessing your job offers. Let's see how in this article.

Access your company settings

First, click on the gear icon that appears in the header of Talent Clue and go to "My Company". Then, click on "Edit Company".

Configure the internal data of your company

In the first section, you can indicate the information about your company that you want to share internally only. The information you specify in this section is not shared with your candidates.

Configure the public data of your company

If you are accessing a subgroup, you may not be able to configure the public information of your company because the "Use this data for all subgroups" checkbox has been selected by the parent company. Only this group will be able to edit the data.

The public data of your company is shared with candidates when they access one of your job offers. You can configure a different identity depending on whether you post with the company visible or hidden.

When you post with the company visible, your candidates will have access to:

1. Your website

2. A direct URL to job listings on your website: When candidates enter the description of one of your offers, they can click on "View the rest of your offers". If you configure this link, you can take them to the part of your website that contains your job board. If you don't configure the link, the button will take your candidate to a basic page that contains a panel with your offers. We recommend personalizing this link to ensure good Employer Branding.

3. Company subdomain: These are the words that appear at the beginning of all your links created with Talent Clue (e.g., offer details, application form, etc.).

4. Company logo: This logo appears at the beginning of the details of each offer and in the description of your offers. We recommend adding a clearly meaningful image that does not exceed the limits of 300X200px in width.

Configure the description in the languages you post

Now, you can translate your company description into multiple languages. You can see where your company description appears for your candidates here.

To configure your description in multiple languages, log in as an administrator in your Talent Clue account and click on the gear icon, then "My Company," and then "Edit Company."

Go to the "Description of your company" section. Enter the tab for each language and translate your description. If you don't see all the languages you want to have your description in, enable new languages from your message templates.

If you enter a subgroup, you may not have permissions to edit the public data of your company. If you want to change any data, you will need to contact the administrator of your parent company.

When you're done, click on "Save" at the very end of the form. When you revisit the "Edit Company" page, you will see a checkmark next to the languages you have configured.

If you post an offer in a language but haven't configured your company description in that language, the description will appear in the default language you have set in your message templates.

If your company description is not configured in your default language, the description will appear in Spanish or English.
