Interview Notes

To access "Interview Notes," do so through Settings.

Click on "Manage"

Create a template for each type of profile you will be recruiting. This template will have the interview questions you will ask the candidate. Associate the template with the job offer, and you will be able to jot down the personal interview responses. This information will be stored in the candidate's profile and will help you review the interviews conducted by you or your colleagues with that person.

Create Interview Notes

Click on "New" (top right), and a form will appear where you can create the question template.

Template Form

Give a name to the template (e.g., Sales Profile - Point of Sale) and add a description if you think it's necessary to explain the purpose of this template.

In the "Text" field, write the question (e.g., "Explain your experience in the sales field"), and in the "Type" field, choose the size of the dialogue box where you will write your answers ("Textfield: small box," "Textarea: large box," and "Date: a calendar will appear to comfortably select a date").

Associating Templates with a Position

After creating the template, go to "Jobs," click on the gear icon, and select "Edit."

At the end of the form, you will find the "Interview Notes" field. Choose the one you just created and save the changes.

Now, go to the job offer and in the "In Progress" and "Finalist" folders, you will find the "Interview Notes" section. Enter and click on the pencil icon.

The template with the questions will open, and you can fill in the candidate's comments as desired. These templates can be edited or deleted according to your choice under "Settings" -> "Interview Notes."
