Sharing positions with your co-workers

With Talent Clue, you can associate a position with a co-worker in the following manner.

Access co-workers

Click on the profile icon and in the dropdown menu, click on "co-workers":

From this panel, you can share positions. Click on the pencil icon to open the window from where you can assign the position:

*Remember that you need to create a co-worker first. Use the button located at the top right (+New co-worker) to create one.

You can share the positions you want with the various co-workers you have created. You can also assign them the appropriate role:

Types of co-workers

Below, we detail the types of co-workers that exist:

Now, administrators or owners of the parent company will be able to create new custom roles. You can choose from the following permissions:

1. Position creation

  • The user can create new positions.
  • The user cannot create new positions.

2. Position editing

  • The user can edit positions.
  • The user cannot edit new positions.

3. Multiposter access

  • The user can post positions on both free and paid channels.
  • The user cannot post positions on any channel.

4. Access to Folders: Shortlist, In process, Applicants, and Discarded

  • The user can only access the Shortlist folder.
  • The user will have access to all folders (Shortlist, In process, Applicants, and Discarded).

5. Candidate management

  • Full management: the user can perform all actions on a candidate (promote, discard, add notes, interview notes, communicate with candidates, share candidates, etc.).
  • Full read-only: the user can view all information about the candidate in read-only mode (history, interview notes) but cannot make modifications.
  • CV read-only: the user can only see the candidate's CV information (no access to history or interview notes).

6. Access to positions

  • Access to all positions in the subsidiary: the user will have access to all current and future positions in the subsidiary. No need to assign positions to the user separately.
  • Restricted access: the user will only have access to assigned positions.

7. Access to Talent Pool

  • Full access to the Talent Pool: the user can access all information without restrictions.
  • Denied access to the Talent Pool: the user cannot access any information.

8. Access to Reports

  • Full access to Reports: the user can access the reports.
  • Denied access to Reports: the user cannot access reports.
