Make the most of stages!

From now on, you'll be able to assign and progress candidates within the 'In process' and 'Shortlist' stages, thanks to the stages.

This new functionality requires configuration by the administrator.

It's also important to highlight that this new functionality will only apply to positions created from now on. Positions that have already been created will remain as they were.

With these preliminary considerations stated, let's explain how to use the stages:

1. When creating a job posting, you can select the stage template in section 5 (internal codifications):

If you only have access to the default template, it's because your account administrator has only configured this one, and/or perhaps all the selection processes have the same stages for you.

If you can't see any templates in this field, it's because your account administrator hasn't yet configured this new functionality.

2. When promoting a candidate from 'In process,' the first stage is assigned. The same applies when promoting them to 'Shortlist.' To change their stage, open the dropdown in the top right corner:

3. You can also view the stage on the progress bar and use the upper 'stages' filter:

4. Finally, it's worth mentioning that from the job postings dashboard, you can also see how many candidates are in each stage of the process by clicking on the dropdown.
