Customize your Stages

If you are the administrator of a Talent Clue account, you can customize the stages for the "In Process" and "Shortlist" views of your selection processes. If you have subsidiaries, the configuration should be done in the parent company.

First, you need to access "Settings" (the gear icon in the top row) and then, "Job Settings":

Within "Job Settings" click on "Configure your stages":

Templates are used to customize the stages in different types of processes. For example, if technical tests are conducted in IT selection processes, they can be added as stages.

In the "Default Template," you will find the currently existing stages as icons, but now you can customize them. If the administrator has not configured the stages, this is the template that will be used by default.

In the templates, the created stages are assigned in the left column and can be ordered. They can only be deleted if they haven't been used yet. Once a stage is assigned to a candidate, it can no longer be deleted from the template.

To customize your stages, you should focus on the left column. There, you can add and modify the names of your stages.

To create templates, click on the blue + button in the upper right corner. Once you have assigned a template to a candidate, it cannot be deleted.

For example, the template for selection processes in the Marketing department could be as follows:

In the jobs you create from now on, you will be able to select the stage template in section 5 (Internal coding). If none is assigned, the default template (Default Template) will be applied. Existing jobs will remain as they were, templates and stages cannot be added.
