Labels
With Talent Clue, you can create labels to organize your selection processes.
Click on "Manage"
Create labels to classify candidates, offers, and reasons for discarding. It will help you organize your work and conduct efficient searches. Here's how.

Types of Labels
Labels can help you organize your selection processes. So, if you assign labels to candidates, when you review a selection process, you will already have a reference for those candidates that will facilitate the process.
When you access the label settings, you will see that there are 4 types of labels:
Position Labels: You can use these labels to provide information about the position to which the candidate has applied.
Portal Labels: No longer used, they have become obsolete.
Candidate Labels: With these labels, you can highlight qualities that you value in candidates, from their knowledge to their personality.
Discard Reasons: When you discard a candidate, you can assign a label to indicate the reason why a candidate has been discarded.

Fill in the Fields
You can determine the name, color, and type of label you want to create.
Shared Labels
When you create labels in Candidates, Positions, or Discard Reasons, you can select the label to be shared with subsidiary companies. This means that when a company configures a label as shared, the subgroup directly below it can use the label to classify their candidates in different processes, their positions, or their discard reasons.
Please note that only the company that created the shared label can edit or delete it.
Edit Labels
To edit labels, simply click on the pencil icon next to the label.
NOTE: If it is a label marked as shared from the main company, subsidiaries will not have access to this configuration. Only the main company can modify or delete that label.
Delete Labels
To delete labels, simply click on the "X" next to the label.
NOTE: If it is a label marked as shared from the main company, subsidiaries will not have access to this configuration. Only the main company can modify or delete that label.
Configure visibility of discard reasons
You can choose in which folders within the offer (Applicants, In process, or Shortlist) the discard reasons appear by checking or unchecking the checkboxes.
