Mailbox candidates

To access the "Mailbox candidates", do so through Settings.

Click on "Configure"

From here, you can set up an email account to upload candidates directly to the talent pool:

Effortlessly send candidates to the talent pool via email. From your email, forward the CVs of the candidates you want to store in your talent pool to the account provided by Talent Clue (e.g., [email protected]). You can choose any name for this email address. We advise you to use a name that is easy to remember.

The candidates you upload to the system will initially be named "No name" in the database. Don't worry, as you can always edit their names by clicking on the pencil icon.

How to edit the information of candidates uploaded via email

When searching in your database, the system will perform searches based on keywords found in the candidate's CV. Therefore, despite being named "No name (Imported by E-mail)" by the system, the searches will be effective.

Important note:

Candidates you send to the talent pool will receive an email requesting their consent to store their data. The candidate can choose to accept or decline. If the candidate declines the authorization, their profile will be sent to the recycle bin and permanently deleted within a maximum period of thirty (30) days. An email notification will be sent regarding the permanent deletion of their profile.
