Please remember that the candidates you upload to positions and the database ("Candidates") will receive an email asking for their authorization to process their data. If the candidate declines the authorization, their information will be moved to the recycling bin and will be permanently deleted within a maximum period of thirty (30) days. You will be notified by email of the final deletion of their profile.
