Delete candidates permanently
You can delete candidates of your choice from the database. Please note that when you delete them, these candidates will not be permanently removed but will be moved to the candidate bin.
To delete them permanently, you will need to access the candidate bin and delete them from there. Here's how to do it.
First, you should access your database from "Candidates" -> "Basic search". From here, you can send the candidates you need to the candidate bin using the trash can icon shown below:
Please note that from the Basic search, you can sort people by "Name", "Current or Last Position", "Studies", "City", "Age", "Updated" and "Last Consent (GDPR)" by clicking on each of the headings.
To permanently delete candidates, you should access "Talent Base" -> "Bin". From there, you can permanently delete the individuals you need by clicking on the trash can icon shown below:
