To search for candidates in the database, you can use search "Filters".
Search for Candidates Using Filters
Filters assist you in searching for candidates within the database. The purpose of this search tool is to simplify the process of finding individuals by their name, surname, email or phone number.
Keywords (Text Box): In this text box, you can perform boolean searches using keywords separated by commas. In other words, if you want to search for specific words, this is the designated area. Learn all about boolean searches here.
Name: If you are looking for a specific candidate and remember their name, you can enter it in this field.
Email: If you are searching for a candidate by their email address, this is the field to use.
Label: Labels are used to classify and organize your work. From this field, you can filter through the tags you have previously created.
Job title: From the list of positions created by your company.
Department: From the list of departments created by your company.

Phone Number: This is a very useful field. Imagine you have a missed call from a candidate, and you don't have their phone number saved. Through this field, you can determine which candidate it is.
