Applications in job listings with hidden company names
Individuals who apply for a job listing with a hidden company name will be displayed on Talent Clue with the GDPR Accepted (Hidden Company) status.
These individuals will not know your company name at any point unless:
- You send them an email from Talent Clue.
- You forward the email for them to accept your GDPR.
In this second scenario, you will receive an alert:
In the event that:
- These individuals apply for another job listing where your company name is not hidden and they accept the GDPR, their GDPR status will appear as Accepted.
- An individual with an accepted GDPR applies for a job listing with a hidden company name, their GDPR status will remain Accepted.
- An individual with pending GDPR applies for a job listing with a hidden company name, their GDPR status will remain pending.
Which privacy policy do they accept?
They accept a standard Talent Clue privacy policy and then receive an email with the hidden company name and access to the same privacy policy, along with the option to exercise their data protection rights.
Can I filter the talent pool by GDPR status?
Yes, you can filter in both the basic and advanced search options.
