Introduction to the database

In the Talent Clue database, you will find all the candidates who have participated in any of your processes and those you have manually uploaded. You can also perform Boolean searches and manage the status of each candidate in a very intuitive manner.

To access your database, click on "Candidates" -> "Basic search". Here's how to do it.

Regardless of the language in which you post the job offer, all candidates end up in the same database.

Filters

The filters, located on the left side, help you refine or search for candidates in the database. You have numerous fields to segment, such as phone number, Personal ID, or address. One advantage of the search feature is the ability to perform Boolean searches.

Keywords (Text Box): In this text box, you can perform Boolean searches using keywords separated by commas. In other words, if you want to search for specific words, this is the right place.

Name: If you are looking for a specific candidate and remember their name, you'll need to enter it in this field.

Email: If you're looking for a candidate by their email address, this is the field for you.

Label: Labels are used to classify and organize your work. From this field, you can filter through the tags you have created previously.

Job title: From the list of positions created by your company.

Department: From the list of departments created by your company.

B4Work: Yes (Has the app downloaded) - No (Doesn't have the app downloaded)

Phone Number: This is a very useful field. Imagine you have a missed call from a candidate, but you don't have their phone number saved.

Basic Candidate Search

In the section called "Basic candidate search", you have many options to help you manage the database effectively.

Edit, download, delete, edit a comment or add a tag to your candidates

Candidates are organized by name, current or last position, education, location, age, last update date and whether they have B4work or not.

Each candidate has associated labels.

Moreover, you can download their CV, edit their profiles or delete them. You can even edit comments or tag the candidates.

Actions

Actions are really useful as they allow you to work with multiple candidates at once. To perform any action you wish on several candidates, you just need to select them beforehand by clicking on the selection box.

This will enable you to perform multiple actions with your candidates, such as adding them to a position, sending them an email, etc.

If you want to learn more about Actions, we recommend exploring this section.
