I can not find a candidate I have uploaded to the talent pool

If you've uploaded a candidate to your talent pool and can't find them, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

1.  You must wait a few minutes until the candidate you've just uploaded to your talent pool appears.

2.  It may be in the trash due to your GDPR settings.

If you have Auto-compliance and explicit consent enabled, the candidate will be in the trash until they accept the GDPR.

Auto-compliance: Automatically moves candidates who haven't accepted the GDPR to the trash. More information.

Explicit consent: Asks the candidate to explicitly accept or reject the GDPR.

  • If you have explicit consent enabled in your message templates, the candidate will receive an automated email to accept or reject the GDPR when you upload them to your database. The candidate will remain in the trash until they accept.
  • If you don't have explicit consent enabled, the candidate should appear in your database after implicitly accepting your GDPR. If you can't find the candidate in this case, please contact our support team.

3.  You have a filter activated. Make sure to click on "Clear filters" so you can search for your candidate throughout your talent pool.

4. Another collaborator has uploaded a candidate with the same email. In this case, a new candidate isn't created; the existing one is updated. If this candidate had already rejected the GDPR, is outdated, or was previously removed from your talent pool, they won't reappear.

5. You've uploaded candidates via email. These candidates can only be found using their email as a search filter. When you find them, it's recommended to fill in additional information that will help you locate them in the future, such as the candidate's name.
