Invite to update a profile
One of the significant challenges when working with your own talent pool is the speed at which it becomes outdated and obsolete over time. To address this, we have developed the ability to send and manually configure a personalized email to your candidates, requesting them to update their CV and profile information.
Until now, there was the option to automatically send these emails every X months to candidates who hadn't updated their CV for a certain period. However, it didn't allow for modifying the message sent to them as it was pre-set.
The first step is to configure this email so that the content you send aligns with your specific needs, and you can do this for the various languages you work with.
To do this, you'll need to go to Settings, Candidate Messaging Templates.
Once you click there, you'll see all the message templates that can be sent from Talent Clue. In the Talent Pool section, you'll find this new template: "Invite to update". If it appears with a red checkmark, it means you haven't configured it for different languages, and the default text is displayed. For languages other than Spanish or English, you'll need to add the text as there is no default.

This is the default message. We recommend adapting it to your own reality and communication style, which may not necessarily match the proposed text.
It's essential to ensure that the "Update resumee link" token is always present, as it gives meaning to this message.
Once you've reviewed it, you can save it and/or replicate it to all your subgroups if you have them.
After completing the configuration, you can now send this email from the candidate's profile in the Basic Search section.
Once you click on "Invite to Update", a confirmation message will appear. If you wish to send it, click "Send invitation"; if you don't want to send it, click "Cancel".

After sending the invitation, the button will be disabled for that candidate for (...). After this period, you can send it again.

In the Communication History section, this email will be recorded as "Update your information (manual invitation)". Before sending this email, we recommend checking when the last time the candidate was invited to update their data to avoid them receiving too many emails from us.
