Introduction to the Jobs Menu
From the "Jobs" menu, you will be able to manage everything related to job positions.
Hover over "Jobs"
By hovering over "Jobs," a menu will appear, allowing you to access "Open Jobs" and "Closed Jobs". Open Jobs refer to ongoing selection processes, while Closed Jobs refer to finished selection processes. In these sections, you can manage your selection processes. In the following articles, we will explain the purpose of each functionality.
My Jobs
Whether you access "Open Jobs" or "Closed Jobs," in the "My Jobs" section, you will find the list of jobs that you have created or that a colleague has created and assigned to you. You can work on them and/or share them with your colleagues.
- Title: position Names. Clicking on the position title will take you to the screen where you can manage the candidates it contains.
- Favorites: Using the heart icon, you can mark whether the job is a favorite.
- Reference: Indicates the automatically generated and randomized code for each job. It cannot be modified.
- Creation Date: The date on which the position was created.
- Number of Applications: Existing applications in the stages Applied, In Progress, Finalists, and Discarded. Clicking on each stage will redirect you to the page where you can manage the applications in the corresponding stage.
- Status: Shows the status of the position. Clicking it will display a dropdown menu where you can take actions such as Publish, Unpublish, Archive, and Close each job.
- Cogwheel: Clicking it will display a dropdown menu where you can take actions like Inviting Candidates, Editing, Collaborators, and Notes.
job States
On the right side of each position, you can see the state it is in:
A job can be in the following states:
Posted: When the job has been published on at least one of the available channels in Talent Clue.

Not Posted: When the job is not published on any of the available channels in Talent Clue.

Archived: When we archive the position, it will be displayed as "Archived".
For practical purposes, archiving is the same as closing a job, except for the following: if you close a job, it gets unpublished from all channels, similar to archiving. The difference is that by closing it, you can no longer manage candidates for that job, as the job is considered filled. However, if you decide to archive it, you can continue managing them from the candidate management page.

Closed: When we close a job, it moves to the "Closed Jobs" section.

Other jobs
In this section, you will find the list of jobs created by your colleagues. Here, you can see other positions that you haven't been assigned. This section is visible only to users with Administrator or Owner roles (others can only see the "My jobs" section):
Filters and "Sort by"
You can filter your jobs (open or closed) using the following filters:
Title: Filter positions by their title.
Reference: Filter positions by their reference code.
City: Filter positions by their geographical location.
Labels: Filter positions by their labels.
Status: Filter positions by their status (Published, Not Published, Not Disseminated, Confidential, Archived).
All/Favorites: Filter positions based on whether they are marked as favorites or not.
Additionally, you can sort the positions from most to least recent, by title, and by status.
IMPORTANT: In Talent Clue, positions are never deleted. When you close them, they are no longer visible in the "Open Jobs" panel, but you can still view them in the "Closed Jobs" panel..
You now understand the jobs Menu, and you can proceed to create a job.
