Stages of a Recruitment Process
The stages serve to organize any selection process. Learning to use them is very straightforward. Let's explore them.
The stages divide the statuses in which the candidates are found.
Discarded
These are candidates who have been discarded, either due to Killer Questions or your decision.
IMPORTANT:
If you mistakenly discard a candidate, go to the "Discarded" folder and click on the green thumb that will appear on the right. This action will move them back to the "In process" folder.
Note that if you have candidate messaging enabled to notify them when they are rejected, this candidate will have already received it. Perhaps it would be worthwhile to send them an email stating that it was a mistake.

Applicants
Those applicants that have been directly submitted will appear in this stage.

In process
These are candidates who have been manually moved from Applicants or invited to the position and have accepted the invitation.

Shortlist
All finalist applicants will end up in this folder.
