Creating and Associating Interview Notes with an Individual
With Talent Clue, you'll be able to create interview notes and associate them with your candidates. This way, you can have better control over your selection processes. Let's explain how to create and associate these notes with the necessary individuals.
Navigate to the "Settings" menu and access "Interview Notes"
To create interview notes, you'll need to go to "Settings" and under the "Interview Notes" section, click on "Manage".
Create Interview Notes
Click on "New" and a form will appear where you can create a question template.
TIP: Create a template for each type of profile you'll be recruiting for. This template will contain the interview questions you'll ask the candidate. Associate the template with the job opening, and you'll be able to jot down the candidate's answers during the actual interview. This information will be stored in the candidate's profile and will help you review the interviews conducted by you or your co-workers with that candidate.
Template Form
Give a Template name (e.g., Commercial Profile - Point of Sale) and add a description if you find it necessary to explain the purpose of this template. In the "Text" field, write the question (e.g., "Explain your experience in the commercial field"), and in the "Type" field, choose the size of the dialogue box where you'll write your answers ("Textfield": small box; "Textarea": large box, and "Date": a calendar will appear to comfortably select a date).

Associating Templates with a Position
After creating the template, go to "Open jobs", click on the wheel icon located to the right of the desired job opening, and select "Edit".
Towards the end of the form, you'll find the "Interview Notes" field. Choose the template you've just created and save the changes.

Now, access the job opening and within the "In process" and "Shortlist" folders, you'll find the "Interview Notes" section. Enter and click on the pencil icon.
Example of Interview Notes
The template with questions will open, and you can fill in the candidate's comments as you see fit. These templates can be edited or deleted from "Settings" - "Interview Notes" if needed.
