Candidate Workflow
To manage the processes, you only need to click on the job posting. You will enter the job posting and see the different folders and functionalities provided by Talent Clue.
Access your Positions
Hover over "Jobs" in the top menu and choose from "Open jobs." Once inside, navigate to the desired position:
Get Acquainted with the Workspace
You can manage all the processes from the Talent Box. You have a multitude of possibilities. We will show you everything you can do.
Top Drawer
Job Title
In the title, you'll find information about the number of days the position has been open. Additionally, there are various tags indicating the portals where you've posted the job. Let's explore the meaning of each color.
Tags Below the Job Title
Green: Channels where the job posting is published.
Red: Channels with an issue.
Grey: Channels where the job posting has been deleted.
Blue: Channels to which the job posting has been sent.
Yellow: Channels where the job posting is pending publication, archiving, deletion, unarchiving, validation, or ready for publication (status of job posting on Infojobs using the plugin).
Actions
Allows you to make changes to all candidates at once. Keep in mind that the changes will apply to candidates in the selected folder, which could be: Discarded, Applicants, In process and Shortlist. But what can you do with this action? Click and let's take a look.
Discovering the Actions
By clicking on "Actions," you access the database. However, unlike the regular database, any action you take will only apply to candidates for this specific job posting. In other words, you can download all CVs of individuals who applied to the job. You have several options. It's a truly useful tool.
There's also a filter to refine the search if necessary.

Alarm clock: Schedule job actions.
Page: Download applicants.
Bell: Access here to manage automated messages to your candidates for this specific position.
Magnifying Glass: Access the database with a click. Perhaps you want to add a candidate to the position you're working on.
Megaphone: Access here to post the position on different channels.
Person: Access here to manage collaborators for the position.
Pencil: Access here to edit the position.
X: Click here to close the position.
Candidate's Name and GDPR
Next to the candidate's name, you'll see a green tag with the text "GDPR ACCEPTED," indicating their acceptance of GDPR:
Stages
These folders on the left divide candidates into different stages. They're truly helpful. Let's explore each one.
Discarded
Candidates who have been discarded, either due to Killer Questions or your decision.

Applicants
Candidates who have applied directly will appear in this folder. Candidates who have been invited to an position and who have not yet accepted or declined the position will also appear in this folder.

In process
Those candidates who have been moved to this folder from registered and previous to Shortlist.

Shortlist
All finalist candidates will be placed in this folder.
