"Applicants" Management
When candidates apply for a job, they appear in the "Applicants" folder, and from there, you have the option to either reject them or move them to the next stage, placing them in the "In process" folder. Let's explore all the options Talent Clue offers.
Promote or Discard Profiles
With a single click on the following icons, you can either discard candidates or promote them to the "In process" folder.
IMPORTANT:
If you've mistakenly discarded a candidate, you can recover them. Go to the "Discarded" folder and click on the green thumb that will appear on the right. This action will send them back to the "Applicants" folder.
Note that if you have automated messages enabled to notify candidates when they're rejected, this candidate would have already received the notification. It might be worthwhile to send them an email explaining that it was an error.
Profile Filters
You can filter candidates based on the provided fields, such as talent source or age, among others.
Killer Questions and Open Questions
The following icons provide information about the Killer Questions and Open Questions that the candidate has answered. You can click on them to find out the candidates' responses.
View CV
Click on the candidate's name to view their CV.
Applicants CV Viewer
In this viewer, you'll find a toolbar located in the top-left corner, from which you can perform various actions. Let's go through them one by one.
