Notes on Positions

From now on, you can add notes to Talent Clue positions. To do this, click on the wheel icon located on the right side of the position and select "Notes":

Automatically, a pop-up box will appear where you can write your notes:

Privacy is represented by colors as follows:

  • Blue: Note created by you and public.
  • Red: Note created by you and private.
  • Yellow: Note created by another user (you cannot change it).

To edit, delete, or change the privacy of a note, simply hover your cursor over the note and click on the corresponding icon:

Important: Anyone with access to the position can view and add notes, including guests. If you don't want other co-workers to see your personal notes, you should set them to private.

 

And, to wrap up, here's an idea: If you work with cloud documents, you can add the URL of documents related to the position for collaborative and efficient work.
