Unpublishable Position
What is an unpublishable position?
An unpublishable position is one that you create without the option of dissemination, meaning you cannot post it on any channel. You can add your own candidates to it and work with them normally, but they will not receive any automated messages from Talent Clue.
Alert: Once you have saved the configuration, you will not be able to change this aspect later.
How to create an unpublishable position
Creating an unpublishable position is very straightforward. The first thing you need to do is create a new listing by clicking "+ New job" and within the form, navigate to section 5 where the "Internal coding" are configured:

Here you will see that you can check a series of boxes, one of which is "I don't want to post this job in the posting channels". You just need to select this option and save the changes to complete the process.
Differences between: Confidential, Unpublishable and Blind Position
You might find these types of positions confusing, so here's a brief summary of each one to make it clear and avoid any potential doubts:
Blind: When you publish the position, the company name will be hidden from your candidates.
Unpublishable: These are positions that you won't be able to post anywhere. This option can be useful when you don't want anyone outside your company to find out about it.
Confidential: A position that cannot be posted, and no one from the company will see it either unless they are invited. It's confidential not only externally but also within your company.
