Open Questions and Killer Questions
In Talent Clue, you can create Killer and Open Questions. These are designed to automatically score candidates who have applied for a position, reducing the time it takes to conduct the initial screening. You have the ability to create open questions and closed questions (Killer Questions). Let's see how to create them and where you can check the scores.
Creating Open Questions
At the end of the position creation form, you'll find a section designated for creating questions that candidates need to answer when applying. Write the question in the blank field. Pose a question without offering answer options, so the candidate responds by developing their idea.
You can create up to 10 open questions. Keep in mind that if you require candidates to fill out many fields, they might decide not to apply in the end. Try creating questions that can encompass multiple aspects at once. This will help you.
You can delete any question using the "X" icon.

Creating Killer Questions
Under the open questions, you'll find the closed questions, also known as Killer Questions. The answers are provided for the candidate, who must choose the one that best fits their reaction or situation. Generally, each answer is assigned a score for the purpose of appropriate filtering.
Write your question and answers in their respective fields. Don't forget to add the corresponding score to each answer.
You can create up to 8 Killer Questions. Keep in mind that if you require candidates to fill out many fields, they might decide not to apply in the end. Try creating some questions that can encompass multiple aspects at once.
In our example, we asked whether the candidate possesses a food handler's certificate, and we assigned different scores depending on the possible response.
If they answer "Yes," the candidate will receive 10 points. If they respond "No," the candidate will be automatically moved to the "Discarded" folder.

Checking Killer Question Scores
Navigate to the "Applicants" folder. This is where candidates who have applied to the position will be located. Pay attention to the blue balloons.
The balloons with numbers correspond to the score each candidate has achieved in the closed questions. Clicking on these balloons will display a window indicating the score.
In this case, the candidate was asked about their professional experience and received a total score of 5.
On the other hand, if you click on the "OQ" icon, a window will open informing you about the open responses the candidate has provided.

In this case, the candidate was asked which company employee encouraged him/her to apply and whether he/she has previously worked in one of the group companies.
